High Ground Property Care LLC (“High Ground,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and our services in the Box Elder and Rapid City, South Dakota area.

- Information you give us. When you request an assessment, build a plan, or contact us, we collect things like your name, phone, email, property address and details, the services you’re interested in, and anything you write in your message.
- Payment information. If you enroll in a plan, your payment is handled by our processor, Square. Square collects and stores your card or bank details — we do not store your full card or bank-account numbers on our own systems.
- Basic website data. Like most websites, our host may log standard technical information (such as browser type and general location) to keep the site running and secure. We don’t use the website to build advertising profiles about you.
How we use your information
- To provide, schedule, and document your property services;
- To bill you and process payments for your plan;
- To communicate with you about appointments, your condition reports, and account matters;
- To send promotions or seasonal tips — but only if you’ve opted in;
- To improve our services and meet legal and tax obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed — for example Formspree (delivers our form submissions to us), Calendly (scheduling), Square (payments), and our website host. We may also share information if required by law. Each provider has its own privacy practices.
Promotions & communications
We’ll always contact you about your scheduled service and account. We only send promotional emails or texts if you opt in, and you can opt out anytime — reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email us and we’ll take you off the list.
Photos of your property
We photograph your property to build your condition reports and to deliver your service. We only use images in marketing with identifying details removed, and you can opt out of any marketing use by emailing us.
Cookies & tracking
Our site uses only what’s needed to function and load properly (including embedded tools like our scheduler and web fonts). We don’t run our own advertising trackers.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and your payment details are handled by Square under its secure, industry-standard (PCI-compliant) systems. No method of storing or sending data is ever 100% secure, but we take it seriously.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to provide your service, run our business, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements — then we dispose of it.
Your choices & rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Contact us using the details below and we’ll take care of it.
Children
Our services and website are meant for property owners and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date above.
